Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within  4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to 237 countries  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages We want you to have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, or if it has been significantly delayed or lost in transit, please email us at bluehalo7689@outlook.com with your order number. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair solution, including replacements or refunds.
